It’s that quiver down your spine late in the afternoon on the second day of a festival when the sun is setting and your favourite band takes the stage. The kick drum pounds, the crowd goes wild and your arms go up!

The energy is contagious and after nearly a decade of dormancy, in January 2009, Infectious Music, a UK-based independent record label first formed in 1993 was re-launched.

In it's former incarnation Infectious housed a handful of the worlds most adored artists, from Ash, Pop Will Eat It Self and Cable to Muse, Funeral for Friend and many others. Though much has changed since these early days, the ‘hands on, feet up’ approach to music (and furniture) continues to inspire the label, a bespoke music company who serve terrific new artists with flare and a point of difference.

Now home to The Temper Trap, Local Natives and General Fiasco, Infectious holds hands with the leading tastemakers in popular music to form a small artists based label who value creativity and intuition.
